Beavers

What is Beavers?

Beaver Scouts is open to boys and girls aged between 6 & 8, and they take part and enjoy an active, exciting, fun, and adventurous programme of activities.

What do Beavers do?

Beaver Scout activities are a combination of learning and having fun! They learn about themselves and how to look after themselves, they get to know people from their local community. They find out about life in other countries and explore through organised activities. They care by helping those around them.

They also play games, meet new friends, gain badges, go on outings and visits, go outside and learn about the outdoors, create things, meet new people & listen to stories to name just a few!

Where & When?

The Jerningham Beaver Colony meets every Wednesday evening during school term time from 18:15 - 19:30 at the Old Costessey Scout headquarters.

How Much Does it Cost?

The anual subscription for the Beaver Sections is £70.50 per year, this is paid on a termly basis of £23.50.  The terms are April to July, September to December and January to March.
